How much money goes in tolls and gasoline to Riohacha: Hours and Km

If you want to travel by land to Riohacha from the main cities of Colombia or if you are in neighboring municipalities, I am going to tell you how much you will spend in tolls for category 1 vehicles, how much the distance, and the time to get to the municipality of Riohacha.

I am also sharing an approximate gasoline consumption on each trip, taking into account that my car registers a highway consumption of 45 kilometers per gallon and where the price of gasoline in Colombia after of the pandemic is 8,600 Colombian pesos (it would be about 2.2 dollars).

If you travel from Bogotá to the city of Riohacha you will have to travel a distance of 1009 kilometers in 17 hours and 43 minutes of travel. This route has 10 tolls in total; 3 tolls in the department of Cundinamarca, 3 in Santander Colombia, and 4 in the department of Cesar. The sum of all is 110,900 Colombian pesos where the average price per toll is $11,090. For this journey, gasoline consumption is 22 gallons for a total average cost of 189,200 Colombian pesos. Thus, if you are going to travel from Bogotá to the capital Riohacha by car, the total cost of transportation is $300,100 (USD 75).

Tolls from Ibagué to Riohacha

To get to Riohacha by car from Ibagué you must go through 9 tolls; 2 tolls in the department of Tolima, 3 in Santander Colombia, and 4 in the department of Cesar. The sum of the value of all is 100,000 Colombian pesos for an average price of $11,111 per toll. The time of entire trip is 17 hours and 10 minutes from where you travel a distance of 1010 kilometers. The consumption is 22 gallons of gasoline for a cost of 189,200 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel from Ibagué to the city of Riohacha by land, the total transportation cost is $289,200, which would be about $72 USD.

To get to Riohacha traveling from Medellín by private car, you will have to travel a distance of 883 kilometers in 15 hours and 34 minutes of walking. For this route you will have to pay 10 tolls in total; 3 in the department of Antioquia, 3 in Santander Colombia, and 4 in the department of Cesar. How many tolls are on the route from Manizales to the capital of the department

The sum of the value of all is 112,500 Colombian pesos for an average price of $11,250 for each one. The distance is 1057 kilometers and the average travel time is 18 hours and 46 minutes. Regarding consumption, you can use 23 gallons of gasoline (remember that my car consumes 45 kilometers per gallon) for a total cost of 197,800 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel from Pereira to the capital Riohacha by land, the total transportation cost is $310,300, which would be about $78 USD.

To get by road from Cartagena to Riohacha there are 390 kilometers, 7 hours and 9 minutes of travel and 7 tolls in total; 1 toll in the department of Bolívar, 2 in Atlántico, 3 in Magdalena, and 1 in La Guajira. The sum of all is 75,900 Colombian pesos where the average price per toll is $10,843. Regarding consumption up to the city of Riohacha, it is 9 gallons of gasoline for a total cost of 77,400 Colombian pesos. So if you go by car to Riohacha from Cartagena, the total transportation cost is $153,300, which would be about 38 dollars.

So if you are going to travel from Barranquilla to the capital of the department by land, the total transportation cost is $94,000, which would be about $24 USD.

How many tolls are there to the capital of La Guajira from Popayán

For the road journey from Popayán to Riohacha there are 16 tolls; 1 toll in the department of Cauca, 4 in Valle del Cauca, 2 in Risaralda, 1 in Caldas, 1 in Tolima, 3 in Santander, 3 in Cesar and 1 in the department of La Guajira. The sum of the value of all is 171,700 Colombian pesos for an average price of $10,731 for each one. The distance is 1397 kilometers and the average travel time is 25 hours. Regarding consumption, you can use 31 gallons of gasoline (remember that my car consumes 45 kilometers per gallon) for a total cost of 266,600 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel from Popayán to the city of Riohacha by land, the total transportation cost is $438,300, which would be about $110 USD.

Tolls, distance and time from Pasto to Riohacha

To get by road from Pasto to La Fénix del Caribe there are 1636 kilometers, 30 hours of travel, and 18 tolls in total; 1 toll in the department of Nariño, 2 in Cauca, 4 in Valle del Cauca, 2 in Risaralda, 1 in Caldas, 1 in Tolima, 3 in Santander, 3 in Cesar and 1 in the department of La Guajira. The sum of all is 192,300 Colombian pesos where the average price per toll is $10,683. Regarding consumption up to the capital of the department, it is 36 gallons of gasoline for a total cost of 309,600 Colombian pesos. So if you go by car to Riohacha from Pasto, the total transportation cost is $501,900, which would be about 125 dollars.
