The current cost of the tourist card to enter San Andrés is 116,800 Colombian pesos (it would be about 25 dollars). At the airport of origin of your trip, you can buy the entry card, but buy it only before you get on the plane. You can pay the cost in Colombian pesos or dollars but only in cash since card payments are not accepted.
Anyone who is going to be on the island for more than 24 hours is the one who pay the entrance tax to San Andrés, if they are Colombians or foreigners they will pay the same value but children under 7 years of age do not have to pay for the card (nor if they are only going to be on the island for 24 hours).
A very important piece of advice for your trip to San Andrés Colombia is to keep your entry card until the end of the trip because when you leave the island you will be asked for it again.
