How much money goes in highway tolls and gasoline to Bucaramanga: Hours and Km

If you want to travel by land to Bucaramanga from the main cities of Colombia or if you are in neighboring municipalities, I am going to tell you how much you will spend in highway tolls for category 1 vehicles, how much the distance and the time to get to the municipality of Bucaramanga.

I am also sharing an approximate gasoline consumption on each trip taking into account that my car registers a highway consumption of 45 kilometers per gallon and where the price of gasoline in Colombia after of the pandemic is 8,600 Colombian pesos (it would be about 2.2 dollars).

How many highway tolls are there to Bucaramanga from Bogotá

For the journey by road from Bogotá to the city of Bucaramanga there are 6 tolls; 2 highway tolls in the department of Cundinamarca, 1 in Boyacá and 3 highway tolls in the department of Santander. The sum of the value of all is 55,100 Colombian pesos for an average price of $9,183 for each one. The distance is 426 kilometers and the average travel time is 9 hours and 19 minutes. Regarding consumption, you can use 9 gallons of gasoline (remember that my car consumes 45 kilometers per gallon) for a total cost of 77,400 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel from Bogotá to the capital Bucaramanga by land, the total transportation cost is $132,500, which would be about $33 USD.

Tolls, distance, and time from Medellín to Bucaramanga

To get by road from Medellín to Bucaramanga there are 382 kilometers, 7 hours, and 15 minutes of travel and 7 highway tolls in total; 3 highway tolls in the department of Antioquia and 4 highway tolls in Santander Colombia. The sum of all is 70,100 Colombian pesos where the average price per toll is $10,014. Regarding consumption up to the city of Bucaramanga, it is 8 gallons of gasoline for a total cost of 68,800 Colombian pesos (27.7 dollars). So if you go by car to Bucaramanga from Medellín, the total transportation cost is $138,900, which would be about 35 dollars.

The consumption is 17 gallons of gasoline for a cost of 146,200 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel from Cali to the city of Los Parques by land, the total transportation cost is $272,200, which would be about $68 USD.

The sum of the value of all is 51,300 Colombian pesos for an average price of $10,260 for each one. The distance is 507 kilometers and the average travel time is 10 hours and 2 minutes. Regarding consumption, you can use 11 gallons of gasoline (remember that my car consumes 45 kilometers per gallon) for a total cost of 94,600 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel from Manizales to Bucaramanga by land, the total transportation cost is $145,900, which would be about $36 USD.

As for consumption up to the city of Bonita, it is 11 gallons of gasoline for a total cost of 94,600 Colombian pesos (27.7 dollars). So if you go by car to the city of Los Parques from Ibagué, the total cost of transportation is $157,800, which would be about 39 dollars.

So if you are going to travel from Popayán to the capital Bucaramanga by land, the total transportation cost is $306,900, which would be about $77 USD.

So if you are going to travel from Pasto to the city of Bucaramanga by land, the total transportation cost is $370,500, which would be about 93 dollars.

How many highway tolls are there from Neiva to Bucaramanga

To get to the capital of Santander traveling from Neiva by private car, you will have to travel a distance of 670 kilometers in 10 hours and 42 minutes of walking. For this route you will have to pay 9 highway tolls in total; 2 highway tolls in the department of Huila, 3 in Tolima, and 4 in Santander Colombia. The sum of the value of all is 100,000 Colombian pesos where the average price per toll is $11,111. For this journey, gasoline consumption is around 15 gallons for a total average cost of 129,000 Colombian pesos. So if you are going to travel by car from Neiva to Bucaramanga, the total transportation cost is $229,000, which would be about $57 USD.
