La Mano del Gigante opened to the public at the beginning of 2019 and has become the most Instagrammable mountain in Colombia. The sculpture was handcrafted by Cristian Palomino with a resistant eucalyptus tree typical of the area so that visitors can walk through it as if they were in the open air, enjoy the natural landscapes from the viewpoint and take some photos.

The site at the top of the mountain, in addition to spaces full of art, magic, and color, offers other artistic, tourist, and sports attractions such as paragliding, hiking, glamping, camping, a souvenir shop, an ice cream parlor, and a restaurant for lunch or Drink drinks.

If you are going to visit the mountain and the viewpoint, you must take into account that the entrance fee is $15,000 COP (3 dollars) per person. The parking lot has a cost of $7,000 COP (1.4 dollars) for the whole day for cars and if you want to camp there are options from $60,000 COP (12 dollars). The place is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every day from Sunday to Sunday (on Sundays they open at 7:00 am). If you have any other questions, you can call or WhatsApp 3168292115 in Colombia.

The attraction is located in the south of Colombia in the municipality of Gigante, Huila; 9.3 kilometers from the town center and 90 kilometers from Neiva. To get to the sculpture you must travel in the mountains on unpaved trails and we recommend you go very early because the whole place is quite crowded.
