You will find an incredible landscape surrounded by golden sand everywhere you look, when you come down from the desert mountain you will see how it integrates with the sand of the beach and then with the sea. To get to the Taroa Dunes, you can do it by boat from Cabo de La Vela (it is two hours away) or also by land from Riohacha (it is 6 hours away).

Take water and food because you can't find anything to buy around, on the way you will be able to see Wayúu indigenous people, so take cookies and juices in a box for the children who go out on the road to ask for food. Finally, in addition to enjoying this paradise, you can also go sandboarding, descending on special boards through the dunes.
